This ensures faster delivery times and reduces unnecessary long-distance transport.

Depending on your location, your order will be produced and shipped from one of our partners in:

- European Union  
- United Kingdom  
- United States  

Your order automatically routes to the nearest available workshop.

All canvases are made to order.

**Production time:** 2–5 business days  
(You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking once it ships.)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or customs delays.

## 💵 Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:

- Canvas size  
- Number of items  

You will always see the final shipping total before confirming your payment.

## 🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, local customs or import duties may apply.  
These fees are **not included** in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

GÆSTH is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

## ❗ Wrong / Incomplete Address
Please make sure your address is entered correctly.

If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect address  
- unclaimed parcel  

We can resend it, but **additional shipping fees** may apply.

## 🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

- A tracking number  
- Your tracking link

If you haven’t received tracking within **7 business days**, contact us at:

## 📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for **10+ business days**, or your order hasn’t arrived within **30 days**:

Email **support@gaesth.com** with:
- Your order number  
- Full name  

We’ll contact the carrier and resolve it for you.
