# Returns & Refunds

All GÆSTH canvases are **made to order**, meaning each piece is printed specifically for you.  
For this reason, we cannot accept returns for:

- Change of mind  
- Wrong size ordered  
- Not liking the design in person  

Please check the size and design carefully before purchasing.

## 🛠️ Damaged, Misprinted or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

### To request a replacement:
Email **support@gaesth.com** within **7 days** of delivery and include:

- Your order number  
- Photos of the product AND packaging  
- Description of the issue

Once approved, we will:

- **Reprint & resend** your canvas  
**or**
- Issue a **refund**

Whatever you prefer.

## ❌ Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong size or design:

1. Take photos  
2. Email **support@gaesth.com** within 7 days  

We will correct the mistake immediately.

## ✂️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly:

- Changes/cancellations are typically only possible within **2 hours** of placing your order  
- After production starts, changes and cancellations are **not possible**

If you made a mistake, email us immediately and we’ll try to catch it in time.

## 💳 Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved:

- It is processed back to your **original payment method**
- Banks may take **3–10 business days** to show the refund
